LEATHER COLLAR FINX/ZIMBABWE COTTON TWILL BLOUSON｜KHAKI

A leather switch blouson made from high-density twill material using Finks cotton and Zimbabwe cotton.
We use a chino cloth woven with high density to the limit, using 3-ply Finks cotton for the warp and irregular yarn made from Zimbabwe cotton for the weft.
By interweaving the exceptionally beautiful thread quality characteristic of Fink's cotton with the irregular yarn sourced from Africa/Zimbabwe, which is notable for its plumpness due to high-altitude cultivation, we achieve a beautiful texture that also incorporates a rough nuance.
Both raw materials are hand-picked, resulting in less fiber damage and highlighting the inherent quality of the raw materials, making it a high-quality cotton material.
Woven with ultra-high density on a traditional shuttle loom, and subjected to a powerful wash using enzymes in the finishing process, we maximize the texture of the raw materials.
The leather parts are made from the highest quality baby calf leather finished by a long-established tanner in Italy, and by incorporating it into the removable collar, the lower part of the zipper, and the back hanging tape, it serves as a design accent.
