* During POP UP STORE periods or campaign periods when orders are concentrated, delivery may take longer.

Q: How long does it take for hem alteration products to arrive?
A: If you request a hem alteration, it will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Please note that if you request a change after the product has been shipped, additional shipping fees will apply. Also, if the product you wish to change is out of stock, we may not be able to accommodate the change.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Please understand that returns and exchanges are not accepted for customer reasons (such as differences in image or size) and for the following products:

・Products without packaging (bags or cases)
・Other products for which returns are clearly stated as not accepted on the product introduction page
