Regarding delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We will ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
*In the case of overseas shipping, it may take some time in rare cases. Thank you for your understanding.
*If there is a high volume of orders during the POP UP STORE period or campaign period, it may take some time for delivery.

Q: How long will it take to receive the re-hemmed product?
A: If you request hemming, the item will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q: Can I edit information such as shipping address?

Please note that if you make changes after the product has been shipped, additional shipping charges will be incurred. Additionally, if the item you wish to change is not in stock, we may not be able to accept changes to your order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: For order cancellations before product shipment, please contact us through the contact form.

Q: Can I return or exchange the product?
A: Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons (differences in image, size difference) or for the following products.
・Products used
- Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Products that have become scratched or stained while in the customer's possession
・Products without packaging (bags/cases)
・Other products that clearly state on the product introduction page that they cannot be returned.

About POP UP STORE

Q: Will items that are sold out in the online store be sold in the POP UP STORE?
A: Products with colors and sizes that are sold out in the ONLINE STORE will not be sold in the POP UP STORE.

Q: Will sold out items be resold?
A: Basically, we do not resell sold out products.
