On this occasion,CornierAs a place for communication with customers, we have decided to start an online customer service / fitting service.
CornierIn addition to consultations on areas that are difficult to convey on screen, such as the texture and size of the product, we also provide background information on manufacturing.CornierWe also welcome stories about non-product parts such as brand stories.
In addition, regarding orders that utilize online customer service, we will accept returns and exchanges of purchased products free of charge. (Exchanges/returns are a service limited to Japan.)
Please feel free to make a reservation.

Notes
・Please make a reservation by the day before.
・If there is no access within 15 minutes after the reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
・We will use google meet for this service. Please participate from the URL described in the email sent after the reservation is completed.
・You may turn off your camera while serving customers online.
