Online customer service/try-on service

We are pleased to announce the launch of an online customer service/fitting service as a communication platform between Cornier and our customers.
We welcome consultations not only about aspects that are hard to convey on screen, such as the texture and size of Cornier products, but also discussions about the background of craftsmanship and the Cornier brand story beyond the products.
Also, for orders made using the online customer service, we accept returns and exchanges of purchased products. (Exchanges/returns are limited to services within Japan.)
We would be happy if you feel free to make a reservation.

Precautions
Please make your reservation at least one day in advance.
If you do not access the service within 15 minutes after your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
This service uses Google Meet. Please join via the URL provided in the email sent after your reservation is confirmed.
During online customer service, you may keep your camera OFF if you prefer.
We would appreciate it if you could refrain from ordering with the assumption of returns.
