[Returns & Exchanges]

(1) Except in cases of initial defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., differences in image, size) or for items described below.

If you discover an initial defect within seven days of receiving your order, we apologize for the inconvenience but please contact us via our contact form.

Please note that returns sent without prior notice are not accepted. Always contact us via the contact form before returning an item.

(2) We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

・Items that have been used

・Items that have passed 7 days or more since delivery

・Items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer’s care

・Items missing their original packaging (bags/cases) or hangtags

・Items that have been hemmed

・Custom-ordered items

・Items clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

(3) The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

(4) Refunds

After the returned product arrives at our facility, we will inspect it and process your refund within seven days, according to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on the payment method, it may take up to one month for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

[Regarding Overseas Orders]

For items shipped overseas, we conduct two rounds of inspections prior to shipment, carefully checking for any defects or incorrect sizing.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to understand that we do not accept returns for items shipped overseas.
