Our online store will operate as usual throughout the year-end and New Year period.
 

Customer Support

Our support team will be unavailable from December 30 (Mon) to January 5 (Sun).
We will respond to inquiries sequentially starting January 6 (Mon).
 

Year-End and New Year Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM on December 30 (Mon): Shipped on December 30 (Mon).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on December 30 (Mon): Shipped sequentially from January 6 (Mon).
If there are any changes to the above schedule, we will contact you individually.
 

Orders for Hem Adjustments

• Orders placed by 11:59 PM on December 23 (Mon): Shipped by December 30 (Mon).
• Orders placed on or after December 24 (Tue): Shipped sequentially from January 8 (Wed).
