SILK GABARDINE CHECK SHIRTS｜NAVY CHECK

Silk check shirt made from 2/2 twill gabardine fabric using silk spun yarn.
Both warp and weft use silk spun yarn, woven at a long-established loom in Yonezawa, a famous silk production area.
Woven with an original check pattern, it is finished with an enzyme treatment and揉み洗い加工 (揉み洗い加工: a type of washing process that softens the fabric), giving it a worn-in, soft texture and a vintage look.
As you use it, the unique whitening of silk progresses further, making it a deep item with an increased vintage feel.
