Return/Exchange Guarantee Campaign Notice

 

Cornier online store will be running a return/exchange guarantee campaign for orders over ¥11,000 (tax included) during the period below.
We are running this campaign to encourage customers who don't normally get to see Cornier products to actually touch Cornier products and check out their unique touch, texture, size, silhouette, etc. Let me do it.
We would appreciate it if you could take this opportunity to pick up Cornier products.

Target period: For orders placed between January 17, 2024 and January 31, 2024.

・This offer applies only to shipments within Japan.
・If you wish to exchange or return the product after receiving it, please contact us at info@cornier-factory.com within 2 days and return the product to the return address specified by us, cash on delivery. (We will send you a separate email regarding the return address. Also, we would appreciate it if you could cooperate with us in sending the return via Sagawa Express, which is our contract.)
-If you would like to exchange the size, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we have confirmed the returned item. If you wish to return the item, we will process the refund once we have confirmed the returned item.
・We kindly ask that you refrain from placing orders that are subject to return/exchange, such as ordering all sizes of the same product.
Please also return any tags attached to the product.
