BRAZIL SILK/COTTON REGULAR COLLAR SHIRTS｜KHAKI

Shirt made from a high-density twill fabric using raw silk yarn and fine-count mercerized cotton yarn.
Brazilian raw silk yarn, said to be the highest quality in the world, is used for the warp, while fine-count mercerized cotton yarn is used for the weft. The fabric is densely woven on an old-fashioned shuttle loom.
As a finishing touch, a vintage treatment that whitens the surface color is applied at a long-established dyeing factory in Kyoto, creating a matte, refined sheen.
The fabric has a firm texture that suppresses the characteristic silk creaking and the fuzziness of mercerized cotton yarn, while combining contrasting softness and firmness to create a deep, dimensional feel.
