BRAZIL SILK/COTTON REGULAR COLLAR SHIRTS｜BROWN CHARCOAL

A high-density twill shirt made with raw silk yarn and fine-count mercerized cotton yarn.
Brazilian raw silk yarn, said to be the highest quality in the world, is used for the warp, while fine-count mercerized cotton yarn is used for the weft. The fabric is densely woven on an old-style shuttle loom.
As a finishing touch, a vintage treatment that whitens the surface color is applied at a long-established dyeing factory in Kyoto, creating a matte, refined luster.
The fabric has a distinctive, deep, three-dimensional character that combines both firmness and softness within a firm texture that suppresses the crisp rustling of silk and the fuzziness of mercerized cotton yarn.
