These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are,Cornier CorporationThese are the terms of use for the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "this service") provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "users") shall use this service in accordance with these terms.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users shall manage their user ID and password for this service at their own responsibility.
Users may not transfer, lend, or share their user ID and password with third parties under any circumstances. The Company shall consider the use of a user ID and password combination that matches the registered information as use by the registered user.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of the user ID and password by a third party, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 4 (Sales Contract)
In this service, a sales contract is established when the user applies for purchase to the Company and the Company notifies the user of acceptance of the application. Ownership of the product shall transfer to the user when the Company hands over the product to the delivery service.
The Company may cancel the sales contract in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the user if the user falls under any of the following reasons.
When the user violates these terms
When delivery of goods cannot be completed due to unknown delivery address or long-term absence
Other cases where the trust relationship between the Company and the user is deemed to be damaged
Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation procedures for purchase applications, or return methods related to this service shall be as separately determined by the Company.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights of product photos and other content provided through this service (hereinafter referred to as "Content") belong to the Company and legitimate rights holders such as content providers, and users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise reuse them without permission.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service.
Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activities
Infringing copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights included in this service
Destroying or interfering with the functions of the Company's servers or networks
Commercial use of information obtained through this service
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
Collecting or accumulating personal information, etc., about other users
Impersonating other users
Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's services
Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 7 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)
If we determine that any of the following reasons apply, we may suspend or interrupt all or part of the service without prior notice to users.
When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates on the computer systems related to the service
If the provision of the service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
If computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
Other cases where we determine that providing the service is difficult
We shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the service, regardless of the reason.
Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
We may restrict the use of all or part of the service or delete the user's registration without prior notice if any of the following apply.
If any provision of these terms is violated
If it is found that there are false facts in the registered information
If the credit card registered by the user as a payment method is suspended
If payment obligations such as fees are not fulfilled
If there is no response for a certain period to communications from us
If there has been no use of the service for a certain period since the last use
Other cases where we determine that the use of this service is inappropriate
We bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by users due to actions taken by us under this article.
Article 9 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from this service by following the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability)
We do not guarantee that this service is free from actual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
We assume no responsibility for any damages incurred by users through this service. However, if the contract between us and the user regarding this service (including these terms) constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer does not apply. Even in such cases, we shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances caused by our breach of obligation or tort due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence), including cases where we or the user could have foreseen the occurrence of such damages.
We bear no responsibility for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between users or between users and third parties in connection with this service.
Article 11 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
We may change the content of the service or suspend its provision without notifying users and shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 12 (Changes to Terms of Use)
We may change these terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary. If a user begins using the service after changes to these terms, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)

Article 14 (Notices and Communications)
Notices or communications between the user and our company shall be conducted by the methods prescribed by us. Unless the user submits a change notification in the manner separately specified by us, we shall consider the currently registered contact information as valid and send notices or communications to that contact, which shall be deemed received by the user at the time of sending.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer or pledge their position under the usage contract or any rights or obligations under these terms to a third party without our prior written consent.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Furthermore, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded with respect to this service.
In the event of a dispute arising concerning this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
