Shipping policy

 

Shipping is a flat rate of 950 yen (tax included) nationwide, except for some areas. However, for Hokkaido and Okinawa, the shipping fee is 1,650 yen (tax included).

Regarding the delivery method, we use the method designated by our store, and customers generally cannot choose the delivery method.
If you wish to specify a delivery date or time slot, please contact us separately via the contact form. We apologize for the inconvenience.

After completing your order, we will generally ship within 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
If you have ordered hemming services, please note that shipping will take 5 to 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
We will contact you if the item is out of stock.
(Delivery to remote islands or similar areas may take additional time.)

Please note that this does not apply in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Thank you for your understanding.

When packing, we take great care to avoid scratches or dents on the outer box, but after handing over to the delivery company, there is a possibility of damage or other issues during transportation due to unforeseen circumstances or the delivery company’s responsibility.

We ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.

・During periods when shipping operations cannot be performed, such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays, or due to bad weather, delivery within the above time frame or your requested delivery date/time may not be possible.
・If orders concentrate during POP UP STORE events or campaign periods, the earliest delivery may not be possible.
・Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

※Regarding international shipping

Cornier Online Store offers international shipping.

Please note the following:
・Items will be shipped by air.
・We will ship within 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery usually takes about 2 to 7 days after shipping.
・If you have ordered hemming services, shipping will be within 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please understand this in advance.
・Shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the ordered items. The fee will be displayed after entering the delivery address at checkout.
・For international shipments, the Japanese consumption tax (10%) is exempted, but customs duties or local taxes may be applied depending on the destination country/region.
Approximate customs duty rates by major countries are as follows:
USA 6%–20%, Europe 6%–20%, China 10%–20%, South Korea 8%–20%
・If you order both pre-order and ready-to-ship items together, we will ship all items together according to the later delivery date.
